If you look at the disclaimer within the post, I do say that I have arrived at this conclusion &lt;strong&gt;based on my own independent analysis of NB Power's financial statements and electricity generation, transmission and distribution industry analysis. It does not reflect the opinions of any organization I am associated with.&lt;/strong&gt;

This is my own personal blog and I started this long before my association with the Irving organization. This blog has nothing to do with the organization I work for. 

Moreover, if you carefully read my posts on this subject, all I said was that it makes financial sense to sell the utility. I did not even talk the sale to Hydro-Quebec nor did I discuss the MOU yet. 

I am still searching for some thoughtful financial and logical analysis on why NB Power should not be made private or sold. &lt;strong&gt;I am quite willing to change my opinion if someone can convince me that it does not make business sense.&lt;/strong&gt;
