New domain for the business blog

Published: 30 April 2009 by CA

I am "CA" Atreya (PMP, MBA), the author of this blog. I help businesses in Atlantic Canada achieve their BHAG successfully. You may subscribe to this blog using a feed reader (RSS).

blogdomainWe now have a new domain for Atlantic Canada’s Small Business Blog:

http://www.atlanticcanadabusinessblog.com.

Change of domain was easier than I had expected it to be. Took me all of 5 minutes. The hardest part is to wait for the new domain to propagate on the web and hope that Google still retains all the respective page ranks. We’ll know in a couple of days.

All existing posts will automatically forward to the new domain. Even the RSS feeds should not be effected. If you are having troubles accessing the site via the web or using your favorite reader, drop me a note with details about the error and we’ll fix it for you.

I’ll probably do up a post once I am satisfied that my rankings have not been messed up at Google.

CA Stumbled on your piece from 297 about white papers as a marketing tool and I thought I should tell you about a company on the west coast that a friend just turned me on to….www.vitrium.com offer a couple of software tools protected pdf and docmetrics designed to help electronic content publishers manage and track their readers, pass-along readership et al. and analytic tools to mine data about readers to refine and improve their publications. Given your thoughtful comments about white papers I thought you’d want to take a look.

    Cheers.
