		<description>Thanks Jonathan. It is sad, but a true fact that explains a number of small business failures. If we dig into every small business failure, I am sure we will uncover this "syndrome" as the root cause.  Your observation about getting "half-baked" results also rings true.</description>

		<description>Great post! I can't agree more. This was the biggest thing that I've been trying my hardest to avoid. As a manager, it's sometimes difficult to "let go" but I trust my partners and my employees to do good work. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but I feel better knowing that I am empowering those around me to think for themselves and solve problems. The other thing I realized is that if I tried to do everything myself, it would all be half-baked. I am forced to delegate to get everything done...</description>
